Support Opportunities

We are a non-profit volunteer-staffed organization incorporated under New Hope Community Church.  Any support is tax deductible and is much appreciated and recognized.  Our support comes only from the giving of friends and NHCC.  We are not funded by any other organization.  Our most essential need of support is prayer.  We appreciate intercessory prayer for God’s protection, provision, and His will to be revealed to us.

Student Sponsorship Program

Through your sponsorship to a student, either inmate or ex-inmate, you will be able to help provide resources for their discipleship.  This could be a one time sponsorship offering with no further obligation, or, if you desire, we could give you periodic updates on the student’s progress.  If you wish to be a pen pal friend and offer your encouragement, that would also be an option and our P.O. box would be used for your privacy.   For those who are ex-inmates that have had a desire to reach out to inmates, this could be an opportunity to freely give what you have freely received.

Pen Pal Discipleship

For those who enjoy writing and investing in the lives of others, this is an excellent opportunity.  Most inmates receive very little mail, especially from family.  You can provide much encouragement while discipling through correspondence.  You may witness the radical change that often takes place in an inmate before his is released.  Your correspondence discipleship can make a difference in an inmate’s life that could have a ripple effect upon many in the prison as well as when the inmate leaves.

Aftercare Ministry Needs

When inmates are released from prison, in many cases, they have no family support, no place to live, no furniture, belongings, or clothes to wear.  You can assist in the needs of these individuals by donating used clothing, furniture, food, automobile or other needs.  All donations are tax deductible.

Automotive Detail Funding

The Last Detail, our developing fundraising automotive business allows you to have your automobile detailed at reasonable rates with quality work and proceeds benefit this ministry.
